Your Own Personal Emergency Service
At the simple touch of a button, using our MySOS personal safety device (a small, palm-sized panic alarm), you can call for help 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
You can choose to contact someone of your choice or connect to our UK-based Incident Management Centre, which is fully staffed by our specially trained, friendly controllers round-the-clock, so someone will always be on hand to assist.
When you press the ‘SOS’ panic button, we will instantly know who you are, where you are and any medical conditions or other needs that you may have (because you provide us with this information when you sign up to our service).
Because our pendant alarm has two-way audio, our controllers will listen in to find out what is happening and if it is safe to talk, they’ll advise, reassure and call for help.
And if it’s not safe to talk, you don’t need to say a word… we’ll send assistance, if appropriate, immediately.
Our pendant alarms are fitted with tracking options, enabling the user’s location to be shown on a map at any time, via your mobile phone or computer.
Our personal alarms are perfect for the elderly, vulnerable and those with medical conditions. Our service is proven in use on a daily basis and can bring you and your family added peace of mind.
