Send4Help uses the UK’s smallest personal safety alarms, fitted with mobile phone and GPS satellite technology to raise the alarm.

At the touch of a button, you can choose to contact someone of your choice or connect to our UK-based Incident Management Centre, which is fully staffed by our specially trained, friendly controllers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When you press the ‘SOS’ button, we will instantly know who you are, where you are and any medical conditions that you may have. Because the device has two-way audio, they’ll listen in to find out what is happening and if it is safe to talk, they’ll advise, reassure and call for help. And if it’s not safe to talk, you don’t need to say a word… we’ll send assistance, if appropriate, immediately.

Our alarms are fitted with tracking options, enabling the device to be shown on a map at any time, via your mobile phone or PC.
