How do I get one?

Online:

1. Click here for details on the Skyguard 500 and click on "Buy Now" to place it in your shopping basket. Follow the on-screen instructions, entering in your billing and delivery details where necessary.

2. Once you have completed your order online, you will shortly be sent an email confirmation.
30 minutes after placing your order, you can then login to the Skyguard Customer Control Panel with the username and password which you entered when placing your order. This secure part of the site allows you to add and update your personal details - please bear in mind that the more information you enter about yourself the more effectively Skyguard and the Emergency Services will be able to help you should an emergency situation arise.

3. Your Skyguard will be configured, tested, and despatched to you via courier within 2-5 working days. On receiving it, you should complete and return the Direct Debit form to us and fully charge your Skyguard.

4. Once we have received your Direct Debit form, we will enable the SIM card, and email you to confirm that the Skyguard is now ready for use. You should perform an "Activation call" to test the alarm is working - details on how to do this can be found in your User Guide.
