We want you to buy from us with no worries - so we have a no-risk guarantee.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product or service, you can simply call us to cancel your subscription within 28 days of receiving your MySOS device.

You’ll owe us nothing and we’ll refund you the full amount of money that you paid for our service.

We’re supremely confident in our service, so that’s why we offer this no-quibble guarantee.

How do I Return my Device and Cancel my Subscription?

Simply call us on 0844 257 0317 (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.30pm) or email us at customer.support@send4help.com within 28 days of receipt of the MySOS personal safety device and we’ll arrange collection. Please ensure the device is in its original packaging together with all accessories and manuals.

We will refund any monies paid to the credit/debit card which you originally purchased our service with. You can expect to receive the refund within 30 days, subject to necessary security checks.

What if my Device is Faulty and I Want a Replacement?

Your MySOS personal safety device is included as part of your subscription to the Send4Help service and comes with a 12 month warranty, therefore we will issue you with a free of charge replacement should the product develop a fault during the first 12 months.

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty please contact us between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday on 0844 257 0317 or email customer.support@send4help.com. We may be able to resolve the problem over the phone, but if we are unable to fix the problem we will issue you with an Authorised Returns Number and arrange a replacement to be sent to you.
