Faulty Items
All of our products are manufactured and tested to the highest standards, so in the unlikely event that an item is faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or refund. If you notice an item is faulty within 30 days from date of purchase, please contact Skyguard's Technical Support on 0870 803 2219. Technical Support may be able to resolve the problem over the phone, but if they are unable to fix the item, they will issue you with a Fault Code. Please call Customer Services on 0870 8951 999 with the Fault Code, you will be issued with Returns Number and we will arrange a replacement and collection of the faulty item, or a refund.
Write the Returns Number on a piece of paper and include this with your returned goods. We would recommend re-using the original packaging if possible, and ensure the package is wrapped securely.
If an item develops a fault outside of 30 days from date of purchase we will offer a replacement up to a period of 12 months from the sale date, provided our quality control procedures prove the product to be faulty.
If an item is out of stock, deleted or unavailable for an extended period of time, we will offer a refund.
If we do not find the item to be faulty, we will not offer a refund/replacement and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time up to 7 days after the day of receipt of goods. The goods must be returned to us in their original condition, with any seals and shrink-wrap intact. In this event, please contact Customer Services by calling 0870 8951 999 between 10am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, to obtain an authorised Returns Number.
Please note Send4Help cannot accept returned items without an authorised Returns Number.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. It is important that you are able to prove return should the item be lost in transit.

Please note: If your item is not faulty we cannot cover the delivery costs associated with returning the goods to us. If you have not returned the goods to us, we can arrange for them to be collected, the direct costs of which will be deducted from the amount refunded.
We will refund the full value of your order within 30 days of cancellation.
We will notify you of your refund or replacement via e-mail or by telephone.
No references in this Returns Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
